Yanis lands ten minutes early because the invitation stressed punctuality. He trades firm handshakes, then settles with his folder closed tight. Hiring leads onboard the imaginary project cohort and swipe a mute shared calendar onto a wall screen. Someone asks—calm voice—how Yanis juggles colliding deadlines. He lays out his morning-three-priority ritual and syncing the shared board midday. Twenty minutes drift into training chatter before everyone stands with neat au revoirs. On the staircase he already drafts the restrained thank-you he will tap out that night, dangling clean availability should they want round two.
