Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions Purchased Through App Stores

If you purchased a MeloLingua subscription through the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, all refunds are handled by the respective platform in accordance with their refund policies:

  • Google Play: You may request a refund through the Google Play Store within 48 hours of purchase. After that period, refunds are at Google's discretion. To request a refund, visit your Google Play order history or contact Google Play support.
  • Apple App Store: Apple handles all refunds for App Store purchases. To request a refund, visit Apple's Report a Problem page. Apple reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

MeloLingua cannot issue refunds for subscriptions purchased through third-party app stores. Please contact the store's support team directly.

2. Subscriptions Purchased Directly

If you subscribed directly through the MeloLingua website, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Send a refund request to [email protected] with the email address used for the account, and we will process the refund within 14 business days.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for the remainder of a billing period.

4. Free Trial

If you are on a free trial and cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged. Your access will end when the trial period expires.
