Marco signed up for a cooking class because he wanted to learn how to make fresh pasta. The lesson was held in a small school near the market, with windows open to the city's aromas. When he entered, the smell of basil and tomato filled the room, like a warm embrace. The teacher demonstrated how to mix flour and eggs, then each student tried on their own, with trembling hands. Marco was a bit clumsy and spilled too much flour on the table, creating a small white cloud. A lady next to him laughed kindly and offered him some valuable advice. After half an hour, the pasta was ready to be cut, soft and golden. In the end, everyone ate together, amidst laughter and tales of cooking. Marco's pasta wasn't perfect, but it tasted wonderful, like a hug of flavors. Leaving the school, he decided he would cook for his friends the following Saturday, with a satisfied smile.
