Today, a new neighbor arrives at the building. His name is Carlos, and he's from Mexico. Carlos brings a big box and a curious cat. " Hello, I'm Carlos," he says with a smile. " Nice to meet you," he adds. " Hello, Carlos, I'm Ana," she replies. " Welcome," Ana says kindly. Ana helps Carlos with the heavy boxes. The cat's name is Luna, and she has bright green eyes. After moving the boxes, Ana invites Carlos for coffee. They talk and laugh together. Ana thinks Carlos is very kind. Now she has a good neighbor.
